What’s the difference between a grazing table & board?

Our grazing tables are created in sizes above a 0.75m and are only set up at your event location.
Our petite grazing boards are a fixed rectangular board which is roughly 90cm by 35cm and are created at our commercial kitchen in Cockburn Central.

How many people do our 1m grazing tables or 1 petite grazing board cater for?

How long does it take to set up a grazing table/board?

For a 1m Grazing table we require roughly 1.5 hours. Depending on the size of your grazing table will determine our arrival time. We will advise you prior to your event date of the time we will arrive.
Our Petite grazing boards are collected ready made or delivered for a fee, simply remove the cling wrap and the board is ready to serve

Do we supply a table?

Guilty Grazing does not supply tables. For a 1m Grazing Table we require the table to be at least 1.5m by 75cm. If your grazing table is larger than 1m we will advise you prior to your event date of the table size we require.

Can you customise a package?

Of course, If you wish to customise a package please advise us of the items and quantities you would like to ensure an appropriate quote can be provided to you.

What is included in your Grazing Table Booking?

We will come to your event location to set up your grazing table. We will supply the boards necessary for the food presentation as well the bowls etc and serving utensils such as knifes, tongs.

How do I return the equipment?

We offer 3 equipment return options:

You can clean and return the equipment within 48 hours of your event date and time to us in Cockburn Central 6164..
We can come to your event location to collect the cleaned equipment for a fee, starting from $35, not including any applicable travel fee.
We can return at the conclusion of your event to your event location to remove any excess food and remove the hired grazing table equipment for a fee, starting from $75, not including any applicable late night or travel fee.

How can I style my Grazing Table?

We offer 2 grazing table set up options. You can either have a tiered grazing table or a flat lay grazing table. You can view images of both these styles on our Instagram at Guilty Grazing.

What is our Booking Policy?

Guilty Grazing requires an upfront 50% deposit to secure the required booking date and time. By paying the 50% non-refundable deposit, you have agreed to your event time, date, and address of booking and all of Guilty Grazing’s terms and conditions.
If you pay a $200 deposit to secure your event date and time while still deciding on a size and package. Please be advised this $200 deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to another date.
Under no circumstances will Guilty Grazing proceed with the preparation of your grazing booking if payment is not made in accordance with these conditions.

What is our Cancellation Policy?

Guilty Grazing does not offer refunds due to a change of mind.
The 50% deposit to secure the required booking date and time is non-refundable.
We understand events can change due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit is therefore fully transferable to a new date and time (subject to our availability)
If you pay a $200 deposit to secure your event date and time while still deciding on a size and package. Please be advised this $200 deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to another date.
